With three previous auctions under his belt, event producer, Randy Rarick expanded the hospitality offering of the auction and brought in a host of luminaries such as: Joe Quigg, Dick Brewer and of course, Greg Noll. All of whom had great representation in the boards on offer. The increased interest in Lightning Bolt boards were well represented with shapers such as Barry Kanaiaupuni, Gerry Lopez, Rory Russell and Bill Barnfield all in attendance, along with World Champion, Mark Richards. The 2007 event ad truly morphed into a “surf Happening” with over $650,000 in sales.
